The Roverbeats Unify uses updated wireless technology to adapt audio systems with bluetooth capability. 主要研究得出結論，維生素D補充劑不能幫助骨骼健康

維生素D補充劑對骨骼健康沒有任何作用，政府應該停止規勸人們補充他，即每個人都應該在整個冬季服用它們。研究結果對維生素D的既定觀點提出了挑戰，並且會讓許多相信日常劑量對維生素D有益的人感到沮喪。但是大型薈萃分析，其作者彙編了81項獨立的研究，得出了最可靠的結論，發現沒有證據證明服用維生素D補充劑可以證明骨骼健康，除了那些極少數罕見疾病的風險。

 

最新的研究推翻了已往研究

根據外媒《衛報》報導，英國衛生部目前表示，如果在陽光照射下無法獲得足夠的健康，那麼在10月至3月的冬季，每個人都應該考慮服用維生素D補充劑來保持骨骼健康。這包括所有6個月至5年的嬰兒和兒童。它基於2016年7月政府營養科學顧問委員會（SACN）的調查結果，但沒有得出其他已證實的健康益處的結論。新的薈萃分析發表在柳葉刀（Lacet）糖尿病和內分泌學雜誌上，由來自紐西蘭奧克蘭大學的維生素D教授馬克．布蘭德（Mark Bolland ） 和安卓·格雷 （ Andrew Gray ） 以及阿伯丁大學的Alison Avenell教授領導。

 

博蘭德說，自2014年進行最後一次重要的證據審查以來，情況發生了變化。在過去的四年中，「已經發表了30多項關於維生素D和骨骼健康的隨機對照試驗，幾乎是現有證據基數的兩倍，」他說。

 

維生素D幾乎是無效的

「我們的薈萃分析發現，無論是高劑量還是低劑量，維生素D都不能預防骨折，跌倒或改善骨礦物質密度。”」但是目前，世界各地的醫生和政府衛生部門都還是建議骨質疏鬆的患者補充維生素D，並說它有助於骨質疏鬆症或折磨老年人的骨質疏鬆，現在應該改變。」應改變臨床指南以反映這些發現。

 

他說，進一步研究維生素D對骨骼健康的影響將毫無意義。 根據現有證據的優勢，我們認為沒有理由進行更多的維生素D補充。

每個人都需要維生素D，問題是我們是否應該從補充劑中獲得它。它是由於暴露在陽光下而在體內自然產生的，這就是為什么生活在北方氣候中的人和那些遮蓋皮膚的人可能比他們應該的水平低。它也包含在少量食物中，如魚肝油，內臟，蛋黃和油性魚類，包括鮭魚和鯖魚。所以其實有攝取到就好，而額外的膠囊恐怕只會浪費錢。

 陳菊現身政院為何事？ 府院：打招呼

面對台股今天暴跌，行政院下午4時召開國安基金會議，討論是否進場護盤時，總統府秘書長陳菊在也在傍晚5時左右，被媒體目擊進入行政院，引發矚目。總統府表示，陳菊是在今天下午5點左右，因行程途經，在知道院長賴清德還在辦公室，順道向打招呼致意，慰問院長辛勞，全程約5分鐘。

受到美股大跌影響，台股今天重挫660點，摜破萬點，創下史上最大跌點，行政院副院長施俊吉下午4時召開國安會議，討論是否進場護盤，全體委員共識決議「暫不進場」，但會緊盯備戰，必要時將隨時召開臨時會因應。施俊吉並強調，台股基本面穩健，有信心終究會站上萬點。

國安會議從4時開到5時多，而正當國安會議還在召開之際，媒體捕捉到陳菊的座車大約5時時進入行政院本部，停留約10來分鐘又搭車離開。

至於陳菊到行政院目的為何？總統府發言人林鶴明表示，陳菊是在今天下午5點左右，因行程途經，在知道院長還在辦公室，順道向打招呼致意，慰問院長辛勞，全程約5分鐘。行政院發言人Kolas Yotaka則表示，陳菊是來找賴清德簡單談公務，賴清德也會去總統府，這很正常，無關國安基金後續如何操盤。

由於府院的說法不同調，行政院隨後發出澄清稿指出，Kolas稍早回應媒體時所指的討論公務是另一場會議，地點也不在院內，若造成大家誤會，向各位致歉。

由於行政院所屬二級機關促轉會，主委黃煌雄日前因前副主委張天欽事件宣布辭去主委一職，加上近來環保署副署長詹順貴也因觀塘三接站的天然氣的興建環評爭議請辭獲准，在政院處於多事之秋之際，台股今天又暴跌，因此陳菊進入行政院，應與政府推動政務有關。
