 美駐聯合國大使海莉 期中選前投請辭震撼彈

美國駐聯合國大使海莉，驚傳請辭，將於年底離職，海莉從川普上任總統以來，一直是他最堅定的盟友之一，卻在距離期中選舉只剩一個月的時間，投下辭職的震撼彈，讓外界議論紛紛，海莉已經否認2020年會出來選總統，至於聯合國大使將由誰來接任，第一千金伊凡卡已經否認會接任這個職位，川普則表示考慮找前副國家安全顧問鮑爾，到聯合國當海莉的接班人。

川普總統與美國駐聯合國大使海莉，面帶微笑，在橢圓形辦公室召開記者會，宣布海莉將於年底離職。

美國總統川普：「約在6個月前她(海莉)跟我說，她說你知道嗎，或許年底的時候，在任期頭2年末時，總之在年底我想要休息一下。」

旗下又有高級官員要走，川普罕見在白宮宣布消息，還表示希望日後她能回歸效力，職位任她選。

美國總統川普：「希望妳日後還會回來，也許換個職位，任妳挑選。」

海莉從川普上任以來，一直是最力挺川普的盟友之一，現在距離期中選舉只剩一個月，卻突傳請辭，外界都很錯愕，對她接下來的計畫也充滿好奇，猜測她2020年可能要出來選總統，但被海莉否認。

美國駐聯合國大使海莉：「2020年我不會出來競選，我能保證我會來幫這位助選，期待下屆選舉繼續支持總統。」

至於海莉離職後留下的空缺，將由誰來接任？外界也是議論紛紛，有人猜測會由第一千金伊凡卡繼任，但川普與伊凡卡都否認了這個可能，川普則表示考慮派前副國家安全顧問鮑爾，當海莉在聯合國的接班人。

 中信老臣套利8.9億 重判15年

中信銀內湖購地案，中信銀董事長室專委張明田被控涉透過人頭公司購買內湖地區不動產，再高價賣給中信銀，套利8.9億餘元，被依證交法特別背信罪起訴。台北地院審理後，今（11）日將張明田判處15年，併科罰金5億元；同案被告中信銀協理陳立三、董事長室主秘陳永晉、副理柯弘達及慶瑞開發董事長張明人，各遭判11年6月至14年不等刑期。

檢方指控，2012年間，中信商銀有擴充資訊機房及行政大樓的需求，負責最終決策的張明田，2013年間得知「長虹建設」欲購入港商「盛至」公司在內湖安康一帶的土地，又得知長虹受託興建、出售潭美段土地，張明田透過弟弟張明人及家族掌控的永約公司，先行購地套利8.9億元。北檢去年1月依違反證交法起訴張明田等5人，今年1月追加起訴前中信管理處經理張友琛。

法院調查，2014、2015年間，港商「盛至」公司欲出售內湖安康段的2塊地給長虹建設，但長虹建設要尋找共同投資的對象，由張明田等5人安排永約公司介入土地交易，並以違反估價程序、隱匿關係人交易等手法，導致中信銀跟「永約」購地及地上預定建物時，被永約從中賺取價差，在資訊機房大樓部分，中信金控、中信銀受有1億8234萬餘元的損失，行政大樓則有6億8193萬餘元的損失。

法院審酌，張明田為實質的行政長，坐領中信金控、中信商銀高薪達7000餘萬元，竟藉位居高位，指示下屬為個人投資服務，混淆公私分際，圖謀個人私利達8億6427萬餘元，犯後否認犯行，飾詞狡辯，惡性重大，且與弟弟張明人獨攬犯罪所得，重判張明田15年，陳永晉判13年、張明田弟弟張明人判14年、併科罰金3億元，柯弘達判12年6月、陳立三判11年6月，可上訴。
